All materials used in the production of packaging and printing services by Tianyue Pack are owned by our company. These materials are not sold or distributed to any third party. We reserve the right to display free samples of printed products and showcase them on our website for marketing purposes.

User Conduct

When using our website, you are solely responsible for any content (text, images, files, or artwork) you upload, transmit, or share. By submitting content, you warrant that:

Printing or products produced based on your provided content.

Tianyue Pack shall not be held liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, errors, data loss, or shipping issues. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of printing, refunds are not issued. If you receive defective products or items not matching your approved specifications, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Defects are determined at the discretion of our management team.
Customers must provide photo evidence or return the defective order within 7 business days (at their expense) for reprint eligibility.
Expedited processing fees are non-refundable.

Payment, Orders & Cancellations

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Full payment (including taxes, shipping, and handling) is required before production begins.
Orders require proof approval (digital or hard copy). Once approved, no changes are allowed.

Cancellations:

Within 4 hours of proof approval: Subject to a $25 + 5% order total cancellation fee.
Beyond 24 hours: Subject to a 50% charge of the total order amount.
Orders cannot be canceled after being sent to press.

Design Orders

Design service fees are non-refundable. All design orders are final.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Texas are subject to Sales Tax unless a valid tax-exemption certificate is provided at checkout.

Customer Artwork & Files

Files must be submitted in 300 DPI resolution and CMYK format.
We are not responsible for issues such as blurred images, color changes, or misalignment caused by customer-provided files.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring artwork accuracy.
Tianyue Pack reserves the right to reject orders with inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Proofs & Color Accuracy

No order is sent to production without customer proof approval.
Proofs must be reviewed carefully for text, spacing, layout, image placement, and crop marks.
Electronic proofs do not fully reflect transparency, overprint issues, or RGB-to-CMYK shifts.
Color reproduction cannot be guaranteed. A hard-copy proof can be requested for exact color matching (additional charges apply).

Customer Responsibility: Once proof is approved, Tianyue Pack is not liable for errors.

Overruns & Underruns

We follow industry-standard practices of delivering up to ±5% variance in the ordered quantity. Customers are billed only for the exact quantity shipped.

Production Speed, Shipping & Delivery

Production starts only after payment, proof approval, and prepress acceptance.
Proof approval must be received by 10 AM CST to begin production the same day.
Standard production: 10–12 business days.
Expedited production: 6–8 business days (+ 2–3 days for ground shipping).

Please Note:

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, carrier errors, or factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for customs clearance and duties for international orders.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses will result in re-shipment fees.

Changes to Website & Terms

Tianyue Pack reserves the right to update or revise any portion of our website, services, or Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these changes.
